3. Boking Appointments
Appointments/bookings can be scheduled through our website form, by phone or by email. When booking, you are agreed to provide accurate and up-to-date information, ensuring safe access to your property for our technicians. You must be present at your location or have an authorised person present at the scheduled appointment time. If incorrect information is provided, additional charges or rescheduling may be required.
4. Payments
Payment is required upon completion of service, unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers and approved invoicing for real-estate and commercial clients. You will receive a tax invoice for our all completed services. Prices may vary depending on service type, parts used, labour, and onsite conditions. Late or unpaid invoices may result in recovery fees in accordance with Australian law.
5. Cancelations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee of $99 may apply if notice is provided less than 24 hours before the appointment, if the technician arrives and cannot access the property, or if the appointment is cancelled after the technician arrives
6. Warranty
Our work is covered by a warranty period that varies depending on the service provided. Warranty details will be communicated at the time of service. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, pre-existing faults, failure to follow care instructions, or consumable parts covered only by manufacturer warranty. To make a warranty claim, contact us with proof of service (paid invoice) and details of the issue.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Best Repairs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, revenue or profit, or damages caused by misuse or unauthorised repairs. We are not responsible for issues resulting from third-party products, parts, or installations. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
